On days when veils of rain continually fall across the land from the Atlantic, mist and cloud become one. If you happen to be in the middle of this, soft rain will drench you.
And then, around 5 pm, as if by magic, the day brightens up. Rays of light pierce through the dark mass, mist dissipates and the landscape reappears, transformed and glistening here and there.
