You know how much I love an old wall John! I absolutely love the colour in this one and I have a feeling that that solitary tree has a story to tell.
I think you are right about the tree Chris, Many a visitor has passed by. This is just above Powerscourt waterfall, which is a bit more manicured, but as soon as you climb into the wilds it gets quite Wuthering heights. The Heather on the opposite hill was almost Lavender in colour, who needs Provence for Lavender
