Description
A super blue blood moon is expected in couple of days on 31st January and this one of a kind event inspired me to paint this scene set between the back tracks of Séguret and Sablet, in Provence.
I chose a combination of colours that’s a bit unusual for a landscape while retaining the atmosphere of a warm summer evening in Provence. I also added the human figure and its shadow, something I seldom do.
The ensemble creates something with a touch of magic, like a dreamscape don’t you think?
